Access Grid
(Links to Capex Budget in 2007/08 Business Plan)
Project Sponsor: Simon Riley
Staff Support: Simon Riley
Project Status: Active
Project Description:
InternetNZ is creating an Access Grid for own and rented use on the 10th floor of it's Wellington offices; demonstrating capabilities and potential for the technology through its use.
Project Budget:
$60,000 has been budgeted for the Access Grid project in 2008/09.
Overall Progress Summary:
This project has been stalled for some time, but is gaining some momentum on the basis that the 10th floor fit-out will be temporary and low cost, due to uncertainty for the long term use of the 10th floor space, but that equipment for the access grid will be able to be utilised should we have to relocate.
